On the ground-floor we have one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, fully air conditioned and a terrace with BBQ. On the 1st floor we have three bedrooms, one bathroom and one balcony. Guests have full use of the complex with a large pool and a small children’s pool attached to it, garden and parking space.

Rental conditions:

– Availability: Minimum rental period 1 week.
-Bookings: 50% deposit the remaining 50% on arrival with delivery of the key.
-Arrival time after 3 p.m.
-Departure before 11 a.m.

Cancellation: The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival between June and September. The customer will be charged 50% of the total price if he cancels within 14 days prior to arrival. The customer must prepay 50% of the total amount after making the reservation.
