Rental conditions: *Minimum stay 7 days *50% deposit, the remaining 50% on arrival *Check-in from 3:00 p.m. *Check-out before 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation: The guest may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if canceling within 30 days before arrival. The guest must pay, in advance, 50% of the total amount after making a reservation.

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

A municipal tourist tax of €2 per person per night is added for guests over 13 years old, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
